This role provides strategic and operational HR leadership across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, labor relations, talent management, leadership coaching and development, organization design, culture and employee engagement. The HR Site Leader partners closely with business leaders to align HR priorities with site and business objectives while supporting a positive, compliance and high-performing work environment.Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deliver HR solutions in the areas of talent management, culture and employee engagement, talent acquisition, people analytics, leadership development, workforce planning and labor/employee relations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with people leaders and employees to foster open communication, collaboration and trust
  • Partner with the business to understand workforce needs and develop attraction strategies to that support business growth
  • Understand industry and market dynamics and design and execute HR strategies focused on employee attraction, retention and development
  • Leverage the HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to bring the right solutions and expertise to the business
  • Monitor and problem-solve HR metrics by leveraging our FLIGHT DECK fundamentals to enable business priorities
  • Lead, implement and support GE Aerospace HR initiatives as appropriate
  • Serve as a coach and mentor within the broader HR community to support talent development and critical performance development activities within the HR function

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in related area or unrelated area with additional 4 years of HR experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources and/or relevant work experience - roles that involve the application of labor and employment principles, operational and business management.

  • Master's degree in human resources or labor relations from an accredited college or university
  • 8+ years of experience as an HR generalist
