As an Implementation Manager based in Boston, MA, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through the onboarding and deployment of Workable's Recruiting and HR solutions. You will own a portfolio of clients, ensuring their successful adoption and ongoing satisfaction by acting as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers from onboarding through ongoing support, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with Sales during pre-sales discussions to ensure smooth handover and set clear expectations for implementation.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation of Workable's solutions, overseeing project timelines, milestones, and proactively addressing risks or delays.
  • Lead professional services engagements, including integrations, data migrations, and custom reporting projects.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Support) to deliver a seamless implementation experience.
  • Understand customer goals and challenges, providing guidance and best practices to drive adoption and success.
  • Track and report on implementation progress, customer satisfaction, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct post-implementation and post-renewal check-ins to ensure ongoing alignment and maximize product usage.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in customer implementation, onboarding, project management, or consulting
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent customer implementation projects
  • Experience leading professional services engagements such as integrations, data migrations, or custom reporting
  • Experience performing requirements analysis to translate customer needs into implementation plans
  • Experience in a customer-facing role working with HR leaders and recruiters
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and/or HRIS platforms
  • Hands-on experience with APIs and/or SSO concepts for SaaS integrations
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and/or reporting tools for customer reporting needs
  • Knowledge of HR and recruiting processes and technology and/or SaaS products
