UMB's Healthcare Servicesteam delivers healthcare payment solutions including custodial services for health savings accounts (HSAs) and private label, multipurpose debit cards to insurance carriers, third-party administrators, software companies, employers and financial institutions. The HCS Implementation Project Specialist leads implementation activities for new employer groups utilizing enrollment solutions. This position serves as the primary point of contact for brokers, employers, and payroll providers throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a successful implementation. You will partner with Sales, Client Experience, and IT teams to coordinate deliverables, manage implementation timelines, and ensure all implementation requests are completed accurately and on schedule.

How you'll spend your time:

  • You will be responsible for coordinating and executing implementation activities related to new employer group onboarding.
  • You will assist with ensuring tasks are completed in accordance with the implementation plan as well as assisting in coordinating meetings with individuals working on specific tasks if necessary to keep the implementation on track.
  • Monitor the Implementation Support mailbox, triage incoming requests and issues, assign work to appropriate team members, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • You will provide technical Sales Support which will include answering standard product questions. You will need to translate the complex HSA product into simple terms for potential customers to ensure understanding.
  • You will provide gap analysis for customer needs versus existing HSA functionality.You will communicate and work with IT to create estimates for new functionality.
