We're looking for a hands-on Industrial Services Project Manager who can estimate projects, lead crews, manage customers, and support field operations when needed. Experience with industrial maintenance, shutdowns, outages, rigging, scaffolding, coatings, painting, or mechanical services is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage industrial maintenance, shutdown, outage, and specialty projects.
  • Prepare estimates, bids, schedules, budgets, and manpower plans.
  • Manage customers, subcontractors, crews, equipment, and materials.
  • Lead shutdown and outage work while meeting safety and schedule requirements.
  • Identify additional work and help grow customer accounts.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead field employees.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Maintain OSHA compliance and company safety standards.

Required Qualifications
  • Journeyman-level industrial maintenance, construction, or skilled trade experience.
  • 4+ years as a Foreman, Superintendent, Project Manager, or similar leader.
  • Experience estimating and managing industrial maintenance, shutdown, or outage projects.
  • Knowledge of rigging, cranes, scaffolding, mechanical maintenance, coatings, or industrial services.
  • Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to work alongside field crews when needed.

Preferred
  • Refinery, manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, power, or heavy industrial experience.
  • OSHA 30 or NCCER certification.
  • Industrial maintenance estimating experience.
  • Crane, rigging, or equipment certifications.
