POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Implementation Project Manager, you will lead GCX in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale healthcare technology implementation projects to hospital customer locations. In this role, you are an extended Team Member of the US Direct Sales Team and play a critical role in revenue realization and customer satisfaction. Acting as the primary customer-facing project leader, you will establish a project plan that meets the customer’s needs, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, manage project risks, oversee implementation activities, and ensure successful integration of GCX solutions within complex healthcare environments. You will serve as the central point of communication for both the customer and GCX internal team throughout the project lifecycle.

This in-office role is preferred to be based in our Franklin, MA, facility. However, we will consider strong candidates who are located within commuting distance of our El Paso, TX, or Petaluma, CA, facilities. This role reports to the Manager of On-Site Services (“OSS”) and works closely with the Customer Service Director and Sales Leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead large-scale healthcare technology implementation and integration projects involving GCX hardware, software, and healthcare IT systems.
  • Serve as the primary internal customer-facing project leader, managing stakeholder communications, project governance, risk assessments, and implementation planning throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate testing, validation, go-live readiness, demonstrations, and integration activities with customers, resellers, internal teams, and third-party partners.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute project deliverables, manage dependencies, and ensure successful implementation outcomes.
  • Collaborate with GCX operations personnel to fully staff customer installation jobs.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, milestones, and implementation documentation, and track overall project performance.
  • Manage project risks, scope changes, escalations, and issue resolution activities to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of business objectives.

Key Performance Metrics for this Role:

  • Total projects completed.
  • Project % completed on time.
  • Customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score).

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant technical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing customer-facing projects, healthcare technology implementations, technical deployments, or cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and business objectives.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMI, Agile, Waterfall, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar).

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience working within healthcare, clinical, medical device, healthcare IT, or hospital environments.
  • Experience managing large-scale, multi-site implementation or deployment projects.
  • PMP certification, Lean/Six Sigma certification, or equivalent project management training.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology ecosystems, including patient monitoring, clinical applications, and healthcare infrastructure.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

  • Travel: Some occasional travel may be required, although most work will be in-office.

  • Salary Range - $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience and skills.
