Role: System Implementation Lead
Location : Baltimore MD

Responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of various IT systems within our organization. 
This role requires strong product/project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
The System Implementation Lead is also responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to prioritize and develop system implementation plans and strategies. 
The System Implementation Lead is responsible for the direct management, development, and supervision of the support and optimization teams supporting cliet’s major applications. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•    Project and Product Management: Lead and manage system implementation projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget. Facilitates the adoption of new systems and products through implementation, support, training and communication
•    System Analysis and Design: Analyze business requirements and facilitates problem solving with technical leaders to design and implement systems to meet business needs. Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to ensure system designs are aligned with business goals. 
•    Pursues opportunities to improve the process by fostering feedback loops, documenting and sending an agreed-upon plan to all stakeholders.
•    Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of IT professionals. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members. 
•    Manages resources based on priority, support ticket volume and optimization feedback.
•    Vendor Management: Work with vendors and external partners to ensure successful system implementation. 
•    Quality Assurance: Closely working with Quality Assurance team and Architectural Team to ensure the quality of the system through rigorous testing procedures. Address any issues or bugs in a timely manner.
•    Training and Support: Develop and provide training to users on new systems. Offer ongoing support and system enhancements as needed.
•    Documentation: Working with support team to develop and maintain comprehensive project and product documentation, including system specifications, implementation plans, and user manuals.
•    Change Management: Manage the change process associated with system implementation. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders about changes and updates.
•    Budget Management: Oversee the budget for system implementation projects. Monitor and report on expenditures.
•    Manages and Measures results around system performance, team member performance, business results, and process improvement optimization. Provides feedback and potential solutions and implements processes to prevent errors and trends. 
•    Acts as a positive influence and role model on the team, contributes to team morale and success
•    Performs other duties as assigned/necessary
