Company that assists public, private, and institutional real estate owners to manage the design and construction of their projects is seeking an experienced Project Manager.
Candidates must have experience:
  • Managing the planning, design, construction, and occupancy of at least one project with a value of over $20 million,
  • Preparing, tracking, and managing budgets and schedules, and
  • Managing multiple projects concurrently.
Additional consideration will be given to candidates with experience:
  • Managing higher education and/or healthcare construction projects,
  • Managing construction projects, as an employee or a consultant, for a state or federal agency responsible for managing new construction and renovation projects used by other state or federal agencies, and
  • Managing projects in Rhode Island subject to Rhode Islandlaws and regulations appliable to public construction projects.
