This role collaborates cross-functionally with internal departments and external stakeholders to define requirements, manage timelines, and deliver customized solutions. The manager is responsible for identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring that implementation milestones are met with quality and efficiency. Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential to drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction. The Implementation Manager plays a key role in aligning execution with strategic goals and enhancing Encore Funding’s service delivery capabilities.

What You Will DoTechnical Expertise & Data Management
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation, formulas, and macros) to manage and analyze complex payroll data.
  • Create and maintain templates for importing data into the payroll system.
  • Audit data uploads to ensure accuracy and completeness during transitions.

What You Bring

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounts receivable, factoring, payroll funding, or financial operations, depending on level. with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or project management role.
  • Ability to manage multiple research and reconciliation projects simultaneously, set priorities, track progress, and meet deadlines. Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Excel-based trackers) is a plus.
  • High level of accuracy in data entry, analysis, and reporting, with a commitment to quality and precision.
  • Willingness to support cross-functional teams, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive, solution-oriented work culture.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, take ownership of tasks, and proactively solve problems. Must be self-motivated and capable of managing time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
