Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Guide teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more departments. Manage resources, schedules, and financials that adhere to quality control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle.

This also includes management of issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery. Cultivate and develop partnerships to enhance community benefit and support the community needs assessment findings. Responsible for establishing opportunities to further develop population health management partnerships and secure collaborative opportunities with the network community to address outreach strategy. Familiar with industry standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Project Management and diverse departments within a healthcare organization. This position reports to the Project Management Office (PMO) Manager.

  • Provide project management and leadership to drive key organization initiatives to enculturation. Collaborate with executive leadership, to collect and synthesize ideas. Incorporate ideas and create tools and techniques which will bring about desired outcomes for programs and departments that will be implementing a range of projects.
  • Liaise with internal departments, to evaluate which resources are necessary to execute identified goals and plans. Act as the liaison between teams to assist them in securing essential resources which may be required. Identify any challenges and present solutions or entities to assist in securing resources and track accordingly
  • Partner with key clinical and administrative leadership to develop systems and practices which support evidence-based, client-centered outcome focused care.
  • Prepare status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership when required.
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and sustainability of projects.
  • Planning - Shall include aligning key contributors, building rapport and establishing relationships with sponsors. In addition to determining the scope of the project, any risks, strategies to mitigate risks if they occur.
  • Implementation – Encompasses relationship building, tracking progress, communication, and function as the focal point for communication between internal/external stakeholders.
  • Sustainability – Analyzing data for the project and ensure that there is a return on investment, record lessons learned, best practices and adjust documents for future projects, with an overall goal of cost management

  • At least three (3) years’ experience in project management.
  • At least three (3) years’ experience in program development and implementation
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
  • Experience leading projects and knowledge of project management best practices
  • Experience with diverse departments within a healthcare organization.
  • Must have the ability to establish good professional working relationships.
  • Comfortable with technology including Learning Management Systems, EHR, Microsoft PowerPoint, Project, Excel, Word, SharePoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Must be able to work well and tactfully with individuals and groups.
  • Must maintain confidentiality of patient, employee and Terros Health information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of the health care field, including integrated behavioral health and primary care.
  • Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with a minimum of 4 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy
  • Must successfully pass a TB screening and criminal background check.
