Project Management Opportunities – Coordinator, Assistant PM & Project Manager


Green Meadows Partners is currently accepting applications for multiple Project Management opportunities with a growing organization.


We are seeking candidates at various stages of their careers, from Project Coordinator through Project Manager I. Whether you're looking to take your first step into project management, ready to take on more project ownership, or already have experience independently managing projects, we'd love to learn more about your background and determine which opportunity may be the best fit.


Compensation varies by position and is based on experience and qualifications. Individual salary ranges are listed below for each opportunity.


Current opportunities include:


Project Management Coordinator $19-22/Hour

A great opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional interested in building a career in project management. This role supports the project management team with project documentation, reporting, purchase orders, invoicing, data management, customer updates, and overall project organization.

Ideal background:

  • 1+ year of administrative, project coordination, manufacturing, service, or similar experience preferred
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
  • ERP, Teams, or Smartsheet experience is a plus


Assistant Project Manager $22-26/Hour

Designed for someone ready to move beyond project coordination and begin taking greater ownership of project execution. The Assistant Project Manager works closely with experienced project leaders while gaining exposure to estimating, budgeting, subcontractors, materials, customer communication, and overall project management.

Ideal background:

  • 1+ year of related experience in a manufacturing, service, project coordination, or similar environment preferred
  • Experience supporting projects, customers, or cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
  • ERP, Teams, or Smartsheet experience is a plus


Project Manager I $26-30/Hour

For candidates with established project management experience who are prepared to take primary ownership of project execution. This position manages projects with responsibility for customer communication, estimating, subcontractor and supplier bids, purchase orders, schedules, financial objectives, and coordination across internal teams.

Ideal background:

  • 3+ years of similar project management experience in a manufacturing or service environment
  • Experience independently managing projects and customer relationships
  • Experience with estimating, budgets, purchase orders, subcontractors, vendors, and/or material suppliers
  • Strong ability to monitor project progress, identify issues, and drive projects forward
  • Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel

Depending on the position and level of experience, responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting or managing projects from initial planning through completion
  • Coordinating with internal departments, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Monitoring project schedules, progress, costs, and deadlines
  • Preparing reports and providing project status updates
  • Creating, issuing, and monitoring purchase orders
  • Working within ERP and project management systems
  • Participating in internal and customer project meetings
  • Supporting estimating, bidding, invoicing, and project closeout
