Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Implementation Manager / Solution Architect to lead regional implementation and deployment of Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, Veeva Network and Salesforce deployment as part of a strategic commercial and data transformation initiative. This role will also leverage Salesforce expertise to ensure seamless integration across the enterprise landscape.

The ideal candidate will combine deep domain knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry (both Human and Animal Health) with hands-on leadership in large-scale platform implementations. In addition to driving delivery, this person will play a key role in shaping and guiding high-performing project teams, establishing best practices, and ensuring alignment with global and local business needs.
 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end implementation programs & projects for Veeva Network and Veeva CRM, ensuring delivery against global standards while accommodating local market requirements.
  • Team Building & Enablement: Establish, mentor, and guide cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and capability growth to ensure long-term sustainability of the solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted partner for senior business stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and effective management of differing priorities across global, regional, and local levels.
  • Solution Ownership: Define functional requirements, oversee solution design, and collaborate with Veeva, Salesforce, and integration teams on data models, workflows, and platform alignment.
  • Data Governance & Compliance: Shape governance frameworks to maintain data quality, lifecycle management, and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and transparency reporting.
  • Strategic Integration: Ensure seamless integration with CRM, ERP, and customer engagement platforms, maximizing value creation across commercial and medical functions.
  • Delivery Excellence: Lead planning, UAT, go-live readiness, and change management activities, ensuring successful adoption and long-term business impact.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute insights on industry trends and emerging best practices to shape the roadmap and ensure that solutions remain future-ready.
Qualifications
  • 10-15+ years of experience in IT program management or functional leadership roles within the life sciences sector.
  • Proven track record of implementing Veeva Network and Veeva CRM, with hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
  • Deep expertise in customer and commercial data management, master data governance, and data integration strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing implementation teams across global organizations.
  • Strong background in both Human Pharma and Animal Health business models, with understanding of commercial processes and engagement approaches.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus and navigate complex business environments diplomatically.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments with distributed/global teams.
