Job description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the Implementation team.
  • Supervise and serve as first point of contact for Implementation Specialists and Associates.
  • Coach and support team members to help them meet departmental goals and exceptional customer service.
  • Work with Director to measure the team’s performance and productivity, and assure progress is consistent.
  • Recruitment and training of team, selecting the right candidate, proper training, and providing ongoing support.
  • Manage and coordinate project plans for all implementations
  • Perform primary benefit design set up for new plans and clients and delegate tasks to implementation team.
  • Manage and streamline customized implementations.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for new large clients through the implementation phase
  • Facilitate conference calls and communication between clients and other internal departments during the implementation phase.
  • Maintain detailed documentation supporting all aspects of implementation
  • Supporting the Director of Client Services to ensure that the department meets all company procedures and policies.
  • Help to increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the departments productivity and efficiency.
  • Travel to client locations as needed to provide implementation “go live” support

QUALIFICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate degree with at least two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Knowledge of PBM industry and healthcare experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Supervisory of people experience
  • Project management skills preferred
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and develop solutions effectively
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Ability to sit for a minimum of (7) hours
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 20lbs
  • Ability to multitask
