The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, adaptability, and adherence to company standards, ensuring sustained improvements that align with organizational goals and customer needs.
About the team:
The team manages and supports automated grocery building control centers, serving as experts in network grocery automation. They lead project implementation and sustainment by collaborating with stakeholders to define objectives, assess risks, and drive continuous improvement. The team develops tools to enhance project analytics and operational efficiency, provides training support, and ensures alignment with business goals while managing organizational change.
