Job description

IT Implementation Analyst requires:

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting technology implementations, deployments, infrastructure projects, or field technology operations.
  • 2-3 years of hands‑on experience troubleshooting enterprise networking environments, including Cisco and/or Meraki networking equipment.
  • Experience supporting and managing iOS/iPad devices, including deployment, configuration, enrollment, and troubleshooting through an MDM platform (Intune, Workspace ONE, Jamf, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and basic firewall troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with vendors, field technicians, and business stakeholders during installations, migrations, and production support activities.
  • Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA, Meraki ECMS, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Intune certifications are preferred but not required.
  • Experience supporting retail store environments.
  • Familiarity with Meraki MX, MS, and MR product lines.
  • Experience with Airwatch, Intune or other enterprise MDM platforms.
  • Experience with POS, payment devices, printers, and store technology.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud networking and SaaS application support.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
  • 3+ years of experience supporting IT implementations, technology deployments, or infrastructure rollouts.
    Hands‑on experience troubleshooting enterprise networking environments, including Cisco and/or Meraki switches, routers,wireless access points, and SD-WAN solutions.
    Experience supporting iOS/iPad devices, including device provisioning, enrollment, configuration, MDM solutions (Intune, JAMF, Workspace ONE, etc.), application deployment, and end‑user troubleshooting.
    Strong network troubleshooting skills, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi connectivity, firewall troubleshooting, anddevice‑to-application communication issues.
    Experience coordinating with vendors, field technicians, and business stakeholders during installations, migrations, and production support activities.
