Who we are looking for

We are seeking a strategic, global, and transformational technology executive to serve as Senior Vice President, Alpha Technology Implementations, Interfaces and Platform Readiness. This leader will define the vision, standards, and operating model required to scale Alpha implementations, strengthen platform readiness, and align technology execution with commercial growth and long-term business value.

What you will be responsible forTechnology Implementation Leadership
  • Set the strategy and operating model for Alpha implementation across technology, ensuring consistent standards across delivery, integration, readiness, and governance.
  • Shape firmwide implementation practices that improve scalability, predictability, quality, and speed across global client programs.
  • Drive standardization of interfaces, integration patterns, environment and platform readiness, and batch capabilities to reduce complexity, improve scalability, and support long-term growth.
  • Establish enterprise-grade batch stability and observability practices, ensuring dedicated monitoring capabilities validate SLOs, SLAs, and operational readiness across Alpha client implementations.
  • Align Product, Engineering, Operations, SaaS, Data Services, and Client Delivery priorities to remove systemic barriers and improve implementation outcomes.
Client, Growth and Commercial Leadership
  • Partner with Sales, Solutions, Product, Technology and senior client leaders to ensure commitments are commercially sound, executable, and aligned to platform strategy.
  • Serve as a senior technology voice in shaping strategic deals, client expectations, delivery feasibility, and investment priorities.
  • Establish disciplined technology readiness practices that give senior stakeholders clear visibility into implementation risks, dependencies, milestones, and execution priorities.
  • Convert implementation technology investments into measurable outcomes, including faster onboarding, improved delivery quality, increased capacity, and stronger platform economics.
Transformation Leadership
  • Lead the transformation of implementation delivery towards a more industrialized, technology-enabled, and globally scalable model.
  • Champion automation, AI, agentic workflows, engineering acceleration, and data-driven transparency to improve productivity, quality, and repeatability.
  • Define modernization roadmaps that strengthen implementation capacity, operational resilience, and long-term platform scalability.
Risk, Governance and Talent Leadership
  • Maintain a strong global risk, control, compliance, and governance framework across the Alpha implementation technology portfolio.
  • Serve as the executive escalation point for strategic delivery risks, cross-platform dependencies, client commitments, and readiness decisions.
  • Develop and mentor senior leaders while building a high-performing, accountable, globally distributed, and innovative organization.
  • Drive succession planning, talent development, and organizational capability to support long-term growth and transformation.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, executive presence, and influencing skills.
  • Willingness to engage across multiple regions and time zones and travel as required.

Salary Range:

$225,000 - $337,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
