Job Description

The Implementations Operations Manager will report to our Manager, Implementations Operations, and act as the liaison between the Sales, Production, and Implementation departments ensuring a smooth transition and exceptional customer experience.The objective of this position will be to assist in the management of customer orders throughout the lifecycle.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who is customer-centric, has great attention to detail, extremely organized, and takes pride in their work supporting others. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated with strong problem solving and communication skills.

This is an office based role and requires reporting to our HQ in Baltimore daily.  
A Day in the Life:
  • Project Oversight & Coordination
    • Create internal documentation necessary for cross functional collaboration.
    • Ensure alignment between project plans and organizational objectives
    • Maintain visibility over project timelines and escalate delays
    • Assist in prioritizing tasks to keep projects moving forward
    • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across teams
  • Resource & Logistics Support
    • Monitor resource availability and escalate potential constraints
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
    • Assist in managing vendor relationships and external coordination
    • Track procurement and delivery timelines for critical project components
  • Communication & Reporting
    • Consolidate and distribute project status reports for leadership
    • Facilitate communication between internal and external key stakeholders
    • Assist in preparing executive summaries and presentations
    • Ensure project updates are documented and shared regularly
  • Process Improvement & Standardization
    • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process optimizations
    • Help develop templates, SOPs, and best practices for large-scale projects
    • Maintain centralized project documentation and knowledge-sharing resources

The referenced base salary range represents the low and high end of Alertus' salary range for this position. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will depend on several factors, which may include the successful candidate's geographic location, skills, work experience, market conditions, education/training and other qualifications.
