About the Role
Fuze HR Solutions Inc. is partnering with a fast-growing, mission-driven technology company supporting the U.S. national security community to hire an Implementation Engineer.
This organization develops cutting-edge software that enables federal agencies to transform complex data into actionable intelligence supporting defense modernization, acquisition strategy, supply chain integrity, and federal program oversight.
As an Implementation Engineer, you'll work directly with government customers to deploy, configure, and optimize the platform while serving as the bridge between end users, engineering teams, and product leadership. This role combines technical implementation, data analysis, customer engagement, and solution delivery in support of mission-critical federal programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy, configure, and implement software solutions to support customer missions and operational workflows.
  • Analyze, integrate, and interpret complex datasets using modern analytical tools.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, visualizations, and executive briefings that drive informed decision-making.
  • Conduct onsite and virtual training sessions for government users, including one-on-one instruction and classroom-style demonstrations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between federal customers, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Gather customer feedback and translate operational requirements into product enhancements and workflow improvements.
  • Develop implementation documentation, user guides, best practices, and training materials.
  • Support product demonstrations, pilot deployments, and selected business development initiatives.
  • Assist customers throughout implementation, troubleshooting, and post-deployment support.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or another technical or analytical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1–4 years of professional experience in implementation, analytics, consulting, software deployment, research, technology, or national security environments.
  • Ability to work onsite in Arlington, VA.
  • Willingness to travel Monday–Friday up to 50% in support of customer implementations.
  • Working knowledge of one or more of the following:
    • SQL
    • Python
    • R
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active U.S. Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Government, or Intelligence Community customers.
  • Familiarity with:
    • Defense acquisition
    • Government procurement
    • Supply chain risk management
    • Federal modernization initiatives
  • Experience implementing or supporting SaaS platforms, enterprise software, analytics platforms, or consulting engagements.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms.
  • Experience developing customer-facing documentation, training materials, or implementation playbooks.
