Job description

Responsible for the coordination and supervising of operations for the Physician Office practice assigned.  Works with the VP of Physician Services to develop and implement strategic plans, organizational polices, and departmental goals and objectives that are consistent with overall hospital goals and objectives.  Reviews and monitors quality metrics by payer by practice by provider.  Initiates process improvements where metrics are not meeting benchmarks or goals assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Educational and/or Professional Qualifications:

1.  Bachelor's degree preferred.

Previous Experience:

  1. Three to Five years billing and practice management experience.
  2. Prior supervisory experience required.

Other Special Training/Skills:

  1. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  2. Excellent computer skills.
  3. Public relations skills.
  4. Evidence of good judgement.
