The Opportunity
We are seeking a Project Manager to support our continued growth by leading key process improvement, systems implementation, software rollout, and organizational change initiatives across the company. This role will partner closely with Operations, Asset Development, and cross-functional stakeholders to implement scalable systems, streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and strengthen visibility across the organization.
In this role, you will help drive the implementation and adoption of software platforms, develop practical process improvements, and manage initiatives that support stronger systems, clearer workflows, and greater efficiency. This is an opportunity for a highly organized, collaborative project leader to make a meaningful impact by connecting people, processes, and technology in a growing organization.
Location
This is a hybrid position based out of our Morgantown, West Virginia office. You will be expected to work in the office three days a week.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead the implementation and rollout of operational systems and software platforms.
  • Manage software rollout plans, timelines, milestones, testing, training, communications, and post-implementation support.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate needs into practical system and process solutions.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize process improvement opportunities across departments.
  • Document current-state and future-state workflows, procedures, and standard operating procedures.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and project tracking systems to improve visibility and decision-making.
  • Develop business cases, implementation plans, and success measures for systems and process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage special projects from concept through implementation, ensuring scope, timing, risks, and stakeholder expectations are clearly managed.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement, training, communications, and change management activities to support adoption.
  • Facilitate process adoption, user readiness, and organizational alignment during system and workflow changes.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts through lessons learned, feedback loops, and process reviews.

Your Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-7 years of experience in project management, process improvement, systems implementation, or change management.
  • Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience implementing and managing software systems and/or business systems.
  • Experience with process improvement, workflow design, and documentation of procedures or standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
  • Experience developing dashboards, reporting tools, or project tracking systems preferred.
  • Experience leading organizational change initiatives preferred.
  • PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, Prosci, or similar certification preferred.
