About the Position:
Department: Service
Reports to: Service Manager
Supervises: N/A
Purpose:
This position will handle all detailing needs of various types of farm equipment.
Responsibilities:
  • Detail the exterior and interior of equipment at the dealership.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean shop environment.
  • Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and timely fashion.
  • Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.
  • May participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs to advance career opportunities in dealership.
  • Actively participates in project assignments centered-around service-related activities at the dealership.
  • Works with and shadows selected service personnel to gain experience with various roles in the department.
  • Assists in maintaining a clean work environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Interest in an agricultural-related role within the service department.
  • Candidates must be able to handle heights and lifting of up to 100 lbs.
  • Capability to work within a time schedule.
  • Basic knowledge of computer application systems.
  • Solid oral and written communication skills.
