Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunities across the organization.
  • Translate business challenges into practical AI initiatives, implementation plans, and adoption roadmaps.
  • Drive AI adoption, change management, and value realization efforts.
  • Work hands‑on with AI tools, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, agents, dashboards, and prototypes to validate use cases and accelerate implementation.
  • Coordinate execution across business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Define KPIs, success metrics, and executive‑level reporting to measure AI program success.
  • Support governance, scaling, and operationalization of AI solutions across the organization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on AI enablement and transformation initiatives.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology enablement, management consulting, operations improvement, business transformation, or related leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading or supporting AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives within enterprise environments.
  • Experience implementing, governing, scaling, or operationalizing AI solutions in a corporate setting.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable technology initiatives.
  • Hands‑on mindset with the ability to prototype, test, and validate solutions.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with technical and non‑technical teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
