OVERVIEW:
- Manage manufacturing programs, projects and/or activities from concept to implementation
- Manage development and implementation of various programs &/or projects
- Scheduling and coordination of activities across multiple departments
- Lead new or modified production process and plant logistics flow improvement initiatives
- Conduct &/or support production feasibility and capacity studies as well as develop/implement countermeasures
- Generate and/or revise CAD plant and process layouts
- Evaluate and improve processes
- Analyses and plans work force utilization, space requirements and work flow, and designs layout of equipment and work space for maximum efficiency
- Confers with planning and design of staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods
- Estimates production times, staffing requirements and related costs to provide information for management decisions
