We are a cross-cloud shop with an emphasis on Agentforce, Data Cloud, Loyalty Cloud Personalization, Intelligence, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.

About the Role:


The Implementation Consultant partners with clients to successfully deploy and adopt Salesforce solutions that support their business goals. This role works closely with clients and internal project teams to configure solutions, gather requirements, perform testing, deliver training, and support go-live activities.

This position is ideal for an early-career Salesforce professional who enjoys problem-solving, working directly with customers, and learning new technologies in a fast-paced consulting environment.


Duties & Responsibilities:


Client Delivery

  • Participate in Salesforce implementation projects of varying size and complexity.

  • Support the gathering and documentation of business requirements through discovery sessions and client meetings.

  • Configure Salesforce solutions based on documented business requirements and best practices.

  • Assist with data migration, validation, and system testing activities.

  • Execute and document functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Create and maintain project documentation, training materials, and user guides.

  • Deliver client demonstrations and end-user training sessions.

  • Assist clients during application launch and go-live activities.

  • Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution prior to transition to ongoing support teams.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to clients and project teams.

Client Responsibilities

  • Build positive and professional relationships with client stakeholders.

  • Communicate project updates, progress, and action items both internally and externally in a timely manner.

  • Respond to client inquiries and requests with a high level of customer service.

  • Participate in client workshops, meetings, demonstrations, and training sessions.

  • Escalate project risks, issues, and blockers appropriately.

Internal Project Team Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with architects, developers, project managers, and fellow consultants to deliver successful projects.

  • Participate in project planning, status meetings, and internal team discussions.

  • Contribute to project documentation and knowledge-sharing efforts.

  • Support internal initiatives focused on improving delivery processes and best practices.

  • Maintain accurate project-related documentation and time tracking.

Responsibilities to Management

  • Provide timely and accurate project status updates.

  • Escalate project concerns, risks, and resource needs as appropriate.

  • Meet utilization, quality, and professional development expectations.

  • Pursue ongoing learning and Salesforce certification goals.

  • Demonstrate company values and contribute positively to team culture.



Education & Experience Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 1–3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, implementation, consulting, business systems, or a related technical role.

  • Experience working directly with customers or internal stakeholders.

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce Cloud preferred.

  • Exposure to software implementation projects or business process improvement initiatives preferred.

  • Salesforce certifications a plus or the ability to obtain Salesforce Certifications within six months of hire.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite applications, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and business processes.

  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous consulting, professional services, or client-facing experience.

  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology environment.
