Job Summary:
Arch is a Series B financial technology company that automates the management of private investments. They are seeking a Manager for their Client Implementation team to build a high-performing team, deliver enterprise implementations, and drive cross-functional alignment to ensure measurable client impact.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a team of Client Implementation Specialists and Operations Associates.
• Set clear goals, coach for performance, and foster a collaborative, high-achieving culture.
• Implement Arch for large enterprise clients.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and client teams to tailor deployments to client objectives.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure alignment on client requirements, product capabilities, and project deliverables.
• Act as the connective tissue across teams to keep work unblocked and outcomes on track.
• Drive continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and best practices that increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Build and manage project plans that translate client needs and timelines into clear milestones, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Champion the client's voice.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and provide exceptional service throughout implementation.
• Institutionalize learnings.
• Convert implementation insights into updated policies, procedures, and playbooks, and document them for future teams.
• Support periodic evening & weekend work as part of our operating rhythm to meet client SLAs.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 1 - 3+ years of people management experience.
• 3+ years of proven experience in project management and or software implementation.
• A leadership mindset and appetite to shape outcomes in a growing company.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
• Experience thriving in high-volume or high-growth environments.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action. You make sound calls and keep momentum.
• Advanced Excel skills for analysis, tracking, and reporting.
Preferred:
• Familiarity with the alternative investment ecosystem and the mechanics of investing in private equity, hedge funds, or private companies.
• Background in private banking, investment management, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and troubleshooting data.
