Job description

Job Overview:

A CureMD Implementation Associate (IA) is primarily responsible for supporting implementation projects in close collaboration with senior implementation staff, including Implementation Specialists (IS) and team leadership. This role focuses on achieving and maintaining expert-level proficiency in CureMD's full suite of products/services, and transferring workflow-specific knowledge via end-user training. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, experience or familiarity with electronic health records, strong rapport-building abilities, and an affinity for teaching and training. This is a full-time, onsite (hybrid) position based in the HQ office in New York, requiring up to 40% travel.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and conduct high-quality remote or in-person training sessions with new and existing clients.

  • Assess individual and group training needs and effectively customize training agendas and content to address areas of concern.

  • Ensure that customers achieve training objectives within set timelines.

  • Perform issue identification, escalation, and resolution for issues encountered during the implementation process.

  • Update training materials to incorporate new product features.

  • Conduct demonstrations to familiarize customers with new product features.

  • Travel nationally to deliver onsite training and go-live support.

  • Perform system configurations and customizations, as needed in collaboration with project managers.

  • Complete assigned project deliverables and provide additional support to project managers as needed.

  • Continually identify and define operational issues, and best configure the system to remedy them.

  • Document customer feature requests for product development.

  • Actively participate in the improvement of training programs and materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Healthcare Administration, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Communications preferred).

  • Experience in EMR/EHR training or implementation is a plus.

  • Working knowledge of physician billing, clinical, and operational workflows for both in-patient and out-patient settings is a plus.

  • Experience working as a transcribe in a medical practice is a plus.

  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong computer literacy and the comfort, ability, and desire to advance technical knowledge and understand industry standards.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Willingness to travel nationally up to 40% of the time.
