Why This Role Matters

Every new client that joins Personify Health is counting on a seamless implementation - and this role is what makes that happen. As an Associate Project Manager on the Implementation team, you'll keep the internal machinery running: tracking deliverables, holding teams accountable, and flagging risk before it becomes a problem. When implementations land on time and on target, clients start strong, and that sets the tone for everything that follows.

What You'll Actually Do

Support the full implementation lifecycle: Work alongside the Implementation Project Manager on all internal aspects of new group implementations, from kickoff through go-live.

Build and own project plans: Create a detailed project plan for each new piece of business, coordinating with internal departments to set accurate, realistic deadlines across the board.

Drive deadline accountability: Track outstanding deliverables across cross-functional teams, follow up on missed milestones, and escalate to leadership when timelines are at risk.

Facilitate internal implementation meetings: Lead internal meetings to surface blockers, align stakeholders, and drive solutions to business problems before they impact the client experience.

Identify and manage risk: Proactively flag deliverables at risk, raise awareness with the right people, and develop action plans to keep implementations on track.

Audit new client system setups: Review and audit the configuration of new client accounts across internal systems to ensure accuracy before go-live.
