Position Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for leading successful customer implementations. To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of success in operations and excellent communication skills. Successful Implementation Specialists will need to learn and leverage a thorough understanding of the customer onboarding process and be comfortable working independently with minimal direction. We're looking for a solid player with succession capabilities beyond this role; one with the capacity to engage teams and build followership.
Principle Accountabilities
  • Accountable for all tactical aspects of customer onboarding and systems/operational implementations
  • Serves as the floor level resource for operations, account management and IT
  • Works with WMS specialists and is the primary resource for basic UAT
  • Responsible for tactical level assignments defined within Business Requirements Documentation (BRD)
  • Helps facilitate the transition of newly launched customers to the operational and account management teams
  • Must be willing to travel to any campus for extended periods of time to support new customer onboarding
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience is a must with experience utilizing multiple WMS applications preferred
  • Ability to provide creative solutions to business problems and apply critical thinking skills to analyze and resolve complex problems
  • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple assignments at the same time and meet established deadlines
  • Ability to develop a business relationship with internal and external customers
  • Must be able to work independently and make independent judgments. It is important that the candidate can think strategically and possess analytical skills that will allow him / her to generate, review and analyze various reports and processes.
  • Working knowledge and experience of the Supply Chain process and understanding of the receiving and picking process
  • Must be available to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient with MS Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Constantly moves about the facility floor; stands and walks on concrete surfaces for 8 to 10 hours per shift.
  • Frequently lifts and repositions packages or containers weighing up to 50 lbs. Regularly pushes or pulls rolling carts or manual pallet jacks loaded with inventory.
  • Continually reaches, stretches, bends, stoops, kneels, and crouches to access low-level or high-level inventory racking.
  • Grasps, manipulates, and handles shipping materials, scanning hardware, and individual products of varying shapes and sizes.
  • Performs work in a dynamic warehouse environment subject to seasonal temperature variations, dust, and continuous noise from machinery. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as steel-toed boots and high-visibility vests are strictly required.

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
ROP: $23 - 25 an hour
