Job Overview: As an Account Manager at Leuco, you will be the champion of our vision, goals, and culture within your assigned territory. You will manage existing accounts, develop new ones, and deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. You?ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide technical solutions, and help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Targets & Growth:

Achieve or exceed annual sales targets in the assigned territory.

Identify opportunities within existing accounts and offer solutions to effectively meet customer needs. Proactively ask for referrals to grow the account base through upselling and cross-selling strategies.

Identify and pursue new potential accounts using existing account lists, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), web searches, and other sources.

Sales Process Management:

Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and provide ongoing account management.

Develop a comprehensive territory sales plan that aligns with the annual sales budget and targets.

Work closely with leadership to identify and leverage opportunities where LEUCO can provide technical solutions.

Account Analysis & Reporting:

Conduct regular account analysis using data from SAP or internally-developed reports to track progress against sales targets.

Monitor variance between sales and budget and take strategic action to resolve any shortfalls.

Prepare and deliver sales forecasts (quarterly and annually) and provide reports as required by management.

Client Relationship Management:

Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients, in collaboration with technical support, to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional opportunities.

Provide support in resolving issues related to delivery, pricing, or product quality.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and visits, focusing on delivering the highest level of service and client experience.

Industry-Specific Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of LEUCO?s products, solutions, and market in order to serve as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor.

Identify trends within accounts and provide actionable recommendations to optimize routes and grow market share.

Stay informed about market trends and provide analysis and reports to leadership.

General Responsibilities:

Effectively communicate LEUCO?s value, solutions, and vision to both current and prospective customers.

Ensure accurate and complete data capture in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities.

Develop and implement account strategies for top 10 existing accounts.

Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure account health is regularly monitored and maintained.

Request and coordinate technical support and product management assistance as needed to resolve client inquiries.

Additional Responsibilities:

Participate in pre-determined sales campaigns to drive business growth.

Travel to client sites for meetings, service delivery, and trade shows as required.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales and account management, preferably in the tooling or manufacturing industry.
