About the Job:

The Community Impact Senior Analyst is responsible for the design, activation, governance, and performance management of global community impact programs, including volunteerism, employee charitable giving, and disaster relief initiatives. In this role you will ensure scalable infrastructure, financial oversight, compliance, and measurable employee engagement across the full portfolio.

You will be required to attend the Plano, TX or Louisville KY office three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).

Salary Range:

$89,300 - $105,100 + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
