Work Environment

Our outpatient clinic is a welcoming and supportive environment where staff and patients share a common goal of achieving health and wellness. Working onsite within a 40-hour work week (Monday to Friday), our physical therapists have the resources and team support to implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans for patients referred by physicians, ensuring adherence to the physicianโ€™s established plan of care.
  • Utilize your expertise to perform assessments, deliver therapeutic interventions, and track patient progress to maximize recovery outcomes.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service while contributing to a positive clinical environment that enhances effective patient care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to integrate best practices that elevate patient success and ensure comprehensive care.
  • Educate and inform patients and their caregivers on rehabilitative techniques, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.
  • Maintain meticulous records to monitor patient progress and meet minimum utilization goals aligned with our business objectives.
  • Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote wellness, thereby strengthening Core Impactโ€™s connection with the local community.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist at Core Impact, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, treating individuals across various specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. This role allows you to tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each patient, providing targeted care that fosters recovery and empowers them to achieve their functional goals.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
  • Active State License in Physical Therapy.
  • Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with patients.
  • Proficiency in word processing and computer skills for documentation and communication.
  • Ability to establish strong, supportive relationships with patients to foster their commitment and drive toward recovery.
  • Demonstrated desire to positively connect with clients and enhance their experience through compassionate care.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
