Job description

At the heart of Intuit's success is a high-performance culture powered by our Performance Management & Development (PM&D) system and Voice of the Employee (VOE). Our end-to-end PM&D system includes setting clear, bold goals, evaluating ongoing performance, providing coaching and feedback, and helping employees meet their career aspirations. We leverage the Voice of our Employees (VOE) to understand engagement and drive meaningful action. We're evolving from core cycles to AI-augmented, insight-driven experiences that help every employee understand their impact and every manager lead more effectively.

As the Staff Program Manager, Employee Listening and Performance Cycles, you are the operational heartbeat of our PM&D and VOE systems. Every Intuit employee - thousands of people across the world - sets goals, shares feedback, and has their voice heard through the cycles you operate. This opportunity is a platform for enterprise-wide impact at the intersection of AI-enablement, talent management, behavioral science, and operational excellence. You'll keep the cycles running and make them faster, smarter, and more meaningful every time. You'll work with cross-functional teams and have a direct line to driving better goals, quality feedback, and an engaged workforce that feels heard.

Responsibilities

Cycle Delivery & Operational Excellence

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of Intuit's continuous employee listening and performance cycles: goal setting, check-ins, feedback, and coaching across the employee lifecycle.
  • Lead delivery of our Voice of the Employee (VOE) system operations. This includes Intuit's Annual Pulse, Micro-Pulses, and Employee Lifecycle surveys - ensuring leaders and business partners have timely, actionable insight into the employee experience.
  • Develop detailed workback plans, drive cross-functional execution, and ensure every cycle runs with increasing velocity and decreasing manual effort.
  • Build durable playbooks and repeatable operating models so cycle quality and efficiency improves year over year.

Roadmap & Continuous Improvement

  • Align continuous cycle delivery and roadmaps to broader talent and employee listening strategy, driving business priorities in partnership with the PM&D and VOE program teams.
  • Identify friction points in the employee and manager experience and drive solutions in partnership with HRBPs, Product, Tech, and Analytics teams.
  • Define business requirements that solve customer problems and continuously improve repeatable, scalable experiences.

AI-Powered Innovation

  • Be an active driver in embedding AI-driven coaching, nudges, feedback, insights, and listening signals into the flow of work and experiences.
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI capabilities in performance and listening systems and advocate for the most impactful applications within Intuit's PM&D and VOE ecosystems.
  • Help define guardrails and governance so AI integration into our cycles is equitable and trustworthy.

Data, Measurement & Data Storytelling

  • Track clear metrics to determine talent and business outcomes, program effectiveness, and organizational health.
  • Turn program data into compelling executive narratives that inform prioritization and key decisions.
  • Partner with data and analytics to build dashboards and reporting that give HRBPs and business leaders visibility into talent data and insights.

Cross-Functional Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Lead matrixed teams across Analytics, Technology, Learning, Communications, and HRBPs through each cycle - aligning priorities, managing risks and dependencies, and driving accountability.
  • Proactively manage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring the right people have the right information at the right moments.
  • Design change and communications plans that drive business impact with every cycle change or new capability.

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years in Program Management, HR Operations, Performance or Talent Management, People Analytics, or Employee Listening, with a track record of taking programs from design to at-scale delivery.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into operational plans and manage large, complex programs with global impact.
  • Strong data literacy: comfortable working with talent data and dashboards, and skilled at translating complex data into clear, decision-ready insights.
  • Proficiency with AI tools and curiosity about AI's evolving role in talent, performance, and employee listening systems - including a grounded understanding of where AI adds value and where guardrails matter.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a track record of building trusted cross-functional relationships in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity, simplify complex systems, and keep teams aligned when the path isn't perfectly clear or requires a pivot.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field

Nice to Have

  • Experience with employee listening platforms (Glint, Qualtrics, Perceptyx or similar).
  • Familiarity with performance management platforms (Workday or similar).
  • Exposure to product or design thinking methodologies.
  • MBA or Master's degree in related field.
