Job Summary:

Are you ready to take on a top-level strategic role that will redefine technology, digitalization, and data-driven decision-making across a rapidly growing pan-European Organization?

As the new Group CTDO (Chief Technology & Digitalization Officer), reporting directly to the GR COO and dotted line with GR CFO, you will lead the digital transformation strategy and oversee the integration of advanced technologies that drive operational excellence, scalability, and innovation.

This role goes far beyond IT management—it is about leading business-wide transformation that enhances decision-making, improves processes, and ensures that technology unlocks new growth opportunities across all markets.

Supervising multiple Group functions—including IT, Business Transformation, Data Management, and Digital Innovation—you will empower teams across 10+ countries, align technology with business strategy, and implement digital solutions that optimize performance, efficiency, and future-proof the business.

This is not just another leadership role—it’s a mission to shape the future of a multi-billion-euro real estate giant, influencing its direction and long-term success through a bold, technology-driven vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology & Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a pan-European digital transformation strategy, aligning technology with business objectives and ensuring smooth integration of innovative solutions.
  • Business Process Optimization: Lead data-driven business transformation initiatives, streamlining processes, enhancing decision-making, and driving efficiency at all levels.
  • IT & Infrastructure Leadership: Oversee the Group’s entire technology infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Champion the use of AI, automation, and data analytics to optimize performance, enhance forecasting, and enable strategic growth initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Supervise and collaborate with Heads of Data, IT, Business Transformation, and Digitalization, ensuring an integrated, cohesive execution of digital initiatives.
  • Change Management & Digital Adoption: Drive organization-wide adoption of new technologies by implementing digital literacy, optimizing workflows, and ensuring smooth transitions across all business functions.
  • Project & Risk Management: Lead the successful execution of multiple technology and transformation projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery while mitigating risks.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Cybersecurity: Ensure adherence to EU data protection laws, cybersecurity best practices, and technology compliance standards.
Qualifications & Expertise:
  • Master’s or advanced degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of senior technology leadership experience in large-scale, multi-country organizations, preferably within real estate, logistics, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven ability to lead business-wide digital transformations that drive efficiency, cost savings, and revenue growth.
  • Expertise in cloud computing, automation, AI, data analytics, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Strong leadership experience, managing multi-functional teams across different countries and cultures.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with C-level executives, business leaders, and technical teams.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of leading large-scale IT modernization initiatives.
The Company Offers:
  • A high-impact, Group-level leadership position at one of Europe’s largest real estate investment, development, and management firms.
  • Competitive executive-level salary + performance-based bonus + company benefits.
  • Direct influence on the future strategy, expansion, and technology landscape of a multi-billion-euro business.
  • A dynamic, innovative work environment where your vision, leadership, and expertise will drive real change across multiple markets.
  • The opportunity to shape the digital transformation roadmap for one of the most successful real estate Groups in Europe.
