Position Overview

iMotion Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team in Fremont, CA. This outpatient position focuses on pediatric care, including neurodevelopmental therapy, Birth-to-3 services, and general pediatrics, with opportunities to incorporate orthopedic care based on clinician interests.

Full-time, part-time, and PRN candidates are welcome to apply. This is a flexible opportunity for a motivated clinician who enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and helping patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal Physical Therapist is passionate about improving the lives of patients and families. We are looking for a clinician who enjoys exploring creative solutions, learning new approaches, and contributing to a positive team environment.

New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply and will be considered for this role.

Caseload and Patient Population

The Physical Therapist will treat a pediatric outpatient caseload including:

Birth-to-3 patients

General pediatric rehabilitation

Neuro-focused pediatric care

Orthopedic patients (available for interested clinicians)

This position offers the opportunity to develop specialized skills while providing individualized, patient-centered care.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling options are available based on the availability of the clinician hired.

Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules will be considered.

Compensation and Benefits

Full-time compensation starts at approximately $90,000 annually.

Part-time and PRN compensation starts at approximately $120 per hour.

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and schedule.
