The Helpdesk Data Entry Analyst at IDOH plays a critical role in supporting public health initiatives by ensuring accurate and timely data entry while providing exceptional customer service.
This position serves as a key link between technology and end-users, assisting healthcare providers, public health staff, and other stakeholders in resolving system-related issues.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in data entry, customer service, and attention to detail to maintain clean, reliable health data. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to supporting public health systems and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Respond to inquiries from healthcare providers, public health agencies, and internal users regarding immunization records and system functionality.
โ€ข Investigate and resolve duplicate patient records and incorrect merges in the immunization registry.
