Basic skills in using computer/technology e.g. scanner /printer / intranet etc. with the ability to perform basic maintenance tasks.
Excellent knowledge of company's products and services, retail sales processes and sales techniques.
Have the necessary knowledge about the competition and its products.
Customer oriented, results and service oriented, good listener, excellent interpersonal relationship skills and communication, articulated, problem solving oriented, persuasive, committed, dedicated, organized, attention to details and accuracy. High School Degree/Equivalent - Minimum of 2 years of experience promoting sales of products and services and customer support over the counter in the logistic/transportation segment.
