Talent Acquisition Partner | 12 month contract – 4 days/week | Montreal (hybrid)Job Description

Posted Tuesday 4 August 2026 at 10:00

BCA Research is the leading independent provider of global investment research. Since 1949, BCA Research's mission has been to shape the level of conviction with which our clients make investment decisions, through the delivery of leading-edge analysis and forecasts of all the major asset classes and economies. The firm maintains a head office in Montreal, with local offices in London, New York, Hong Kong, Sydney, Singapore and Shanghai.

Talent Acquisition Partner | 12 month contract – 4 days/week | Montreal (hybrid)

BCA Research is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join a small, close-knit People and Culture team. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business lines, working closely with our HRBPs and Chief People Officer to bring strong talent into BCA across all our geographies.

This 12 months contract at 4 days per week is based in our Montreal office, with a hybrid schedule of 1–2 days per week on-site.

What you'll do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: intake with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and preboarding.
  • Source candidates through a mix of channels — proactive outreach, referrals, internal and external networks, social media, and targeted university or technical communities.
  • Build and maintain a warm pipeline of candidates for recurring or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Conduct structured behavioral interviews and give hiring managers clear, evidence-based recommendations.
  • Coach hiring managers on interview best practices and help refine interview guides and job descriptions.
  • Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience as a brand ambassador for BCA.
  • Partner with HRBPs on jurisdiction-specific requirements (labor law, immigration, remote-hire considerations).

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree required or relevant certifications preferred.
  • 5–7 years of progressive full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to global or multi-jurisdiction hiring.
  • Experience in investment management, financial services, research, or professional services organizations is an asset.
  • Demonstrated skill in behavioral/structured interviewing techniques.
  • Strong sense of urgency, work organization and client responsiveness
  • Comfortable operating in a corporate environment with multiple concurrent stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (English required given interactions with Ontario, US, and European stakeholders).
