We are looking for a talented individual...

To join our team as a Program Specialist! Program and Operations support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. This role will be supporting Nashville residentialprogram(s) to ensure the execution of normal program functions, including qualifying customers for program participation, responding to inquiries from customers, program partners, and trade allies, producing monthly and ad-hoc reports, and other duties as assigned.

Successful candidates will reside in Nashville, Tennessee.

  • Oversee projects and communicate between teams to ensure timely completion

  • Review project documentation, reports, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and completion

  • Entering, modifying, and tracking data via multiple web-based applications

  • Performing intermediate level calculations and analysis in Microsoft Excel

  • Responsible for assembling client and/or internal deliverables and responding to client requests, including creating monthly and other program reports for clients

  • Address customer satisfaction concerns and resolve any issues

  • Manage inventory and distribution of energy saving devices

  • Experience troubleshooting problems, finding and implementing solutions

  • Oversee timelines,address systemfunctionality and drivesprocess improvements

Targeted Compensation Range

$52,675 USD / Annually

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
