You will manage a team working within a fast-paced environment delivering infrastructure and end-to-end software solutions. Position location is hybrid based on customer locations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Program Management Support * Cost Report Development and Analysis * Contract Management including setup in financial management software, Mod reviews, Funding Runout tracking, EAC/VAC analysis * Schedule Development * CDRL generation * Supporting Status and Customer Meetings * ROM and Proposal Support * Dependencies and Risk Support * Monthly Status Reports * EVM * Program Startup Support * Support early phases of starting a program to establish appropriate infrastructure for the team and ensure contract compliance * WBS Definition, Charge Number Setup * Process Definition * Business Rhythm definition * Schedule & Milestones preparation and support * CDRL planning * Program Leadership * Serve as primary POC to customer and SMX team for small projects, both internal and external. * People Leadership * Serve as primary people manager to SMX Space & Intelligence BU employees on the program(s) supported Required Skills & Experience * Clearance Required: Top Secret/ TS(SCI eligible) preferred. This position requires the ability to obtain a DOD TS/SCI eligible Clearance.

Interim or Active DOD TS/SCI eligible clearance or higher is preferred. Due to the clearance requirement, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Candidate also must agree to participate in a background screen. * BS or advanced degree in Business Administration or another relevant field * 3-5+ years of experience in a project engineering, program management, or finance role (an advanced degree (eg: Masters, PhD) provides two years of experience) * Experience managing programs in the defense and aerospace fields, especially as a subcontractor * Experience with general Program Management tools such as Excel, MS Project, and Powerpoint * Excellent organization skills with exceptional attention to detail * Strong verbal and written communication skills Desired Skills & Experience * Domain experience with Space and/or IC Communities * Experience with CostPoint, Salesforce * PMI Certification * Interim or Active TS/SCI eligible security clearance or higher Application Deadline: July 13, 2026 #CJPost #LI-onsite The SMX salary determination process takes into account a number of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, relevant prior work experience, specific skills, education and certifications.
