The Global Patriot Finance team is seeking a P2 Program Cost & Controls Analyst to support the GEM T Middle East and North Africa (MENA) portfolio within the Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) Mission Area. This role provides financial execution support across international production programs, contributing to forecasting, cost control, reporting, and analysis activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for early career finance professionals to grow within a high visibility portfolio and gain hands on experience with both Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) international defense programs.

This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote). The preferred candidate will be located within a commutable distance to Andover, MA. Other locations that may be considered are Tucson, AZ; Huntsville, AL; McKinney, TX; or Dulles, VA. Relocation assistance is not being provided.

What You Will Do

  • Support development of program financial forecasts, including bookings, sales, earnings, and cash

  • Assist in preparation of Estimates at Completion (EACs) and baseline maintenance activities

  • Perform cost, schedule, and variance analysis using standard financial tools and systems

  • Maintain program financial tracking files, reports, and monthly metrics

  • Prepare content for Program Management Reviews and internal operating reviews

  • Support funding analysis, contract setup, and financial planning activities

  • Assist with proposal inputs, basis of estimate development, and fact finding

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within forecast/reporting cycles

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field & a minimum of 2 years finance or analytical work experience

  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and/or PowerPoint)

  • Experience with Raytheon systems such as SAP, RPlan, PMX, APEX or a similar system

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines, work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks

  • Experience with forecasting, financial modeling, or cost analysis

  • Exposure to government contracting or defense finance or an interest in international programs and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) environments

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
