An Immigration Program Assistant is a professional who supports the daily operations of immigration programs and services, typically within government agencies, law firms, or non-profit organizations. Their duties often include processing applications, maintaining records, responding to inquiries, and providing administrative support to immigration officers or attorneys. They play a key role in ensuring that immigration processes run smoothly and that clients or applicants receive accurate information and assistance.
