We are currently seeking an Assistant Superintendent with a passion for commercial construction to join our team in our XXXX regional office. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Superintendent in delivering successful projects through a safe work environment, quality construction, effective LEAN planning & scheduling, cost control, collaboration with project stakeholders, and superior customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a desire for growth, long-term thinking, relationship building skills, and a growing familiarity with the construction industry.

  • Support Zero-Injury Program
  • Site and building layout
  • Support built-in quality construction process
  • Understand drawings and specifications
  • Support day to day supervision and coordination of construction activities
  • Expedite building component & materials to maintain schedule
  • Help develop and maintain site logistics plan
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
