Job description

Our client is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal with 2-4 years of experience to join their team and support residential real estate transactions, closings, title reviews, and client coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of due diligence and closing processes for residential purchases, sales, and refinances.

  • Draft real estate documents; review and summarize title examinations and title commitments.

  • Prepare and distribute closing packages and disbursements.

  • Coordinate attorneys, clients, agents, and lenders to schedule and complete closings.

  • Manage high-volume caseloads, client files, follow-ups, appointments, and attorney/staff requests while maintaining confidentiality and exceptional client service.

Qualifications:

  • Paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies required.

  • 2-4 years of experience handling residential real estate transactions.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Qualia, and PracticePanther.

  • Spanish fluency preferred.

  • Reliable transportation required; must be able to travel between office locations as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary based on relevant experience.

  • Full-time schedule: 40 hours/week, typically Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM.

  • Location: Ludlow, MA - in-person work required, with scheduled remote days possible after training.
