  • Provide guidance on complex cases, ensure quality in filings and strategy, and implement best practices to improve workflows.

  • Coach, train, and support attorney development, and collaborate with admin and paralegal teams to ensure seamless operations.

What You’ll Be Leading

You’ll oversee and guide attorneys working across:

  • EOIR (Immigration Court) matters
  • USCIS filings (paper & online)
  • ICE cases (stays, waivers, enforcement)
  • Client consultations & case evaluations
  • NVC & Consular processing

Your Impact: Lead & Inspire

  • Mentor and empower attorneys across departments
  • Drive consistency in legal strategy and case outcomes

Elevate Legal Excellence

  • Provide guidance on complex cases and escalations

Build & Develop Teams

  • Coach, train, and support attorney development
  • Partner with admin and paralegal teams for seamless operations
  • Play a key role in hiring and onboarding top talent

Drive Operational Success

  • Optimize systems, processes, and internal workflows
  • Monitor performance metrics and case progress
  • Ensure effective use of tools like Docketwise

Champion Client Experience

  • Maintain high standards in communication and service
  • Address escalations with professionalism and care
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards

What You Bring

  • Active Bar membership (in good standing)
  • 10+ years of U.S. immigration law experience
  • Strong background in EOIR, USCIS, ICE & consular cases
  • Proven leadership managing attorneys and legal teams
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience with legal tech (Docketwise a plus!)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
