WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

Role: 

This is an exciting opportunity with CoolIT Systems, the leading provider of scalable liquid cooling technology.  The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical front-line role in the Business Development team, acting as a junior Account Manager responsible for qualifying inbound demand, managing smaller opportunities, and supporting pipeline growth.  In this role, you will serve as the primary intake point for new leads and RFQs, ensuring rapid response, strong customer engagement, and proper routing of strategic opportunities to senior Key Account Managers. The Inside Sales Rep owns a portfolio of small-to-mid-sized deals, progressing them from qualification through close while maintaining high standards of customer experience. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads, RFQs, and general inquiries 
  • Qualify opportunities based on technical fit, timeline, revenue potential, and strategic value. 
  • Triage and route high-value or complex deals to Key Account Managers. 
  • Maintain responsiveness and ensure no inbound opportunity goes unaddressed. 
  • Own and progress smaller or transactional opportunities end-to-end. 
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of early-stage and fast-turn deals. 
  • Support revenue generation through high-volume, fast-cycle selling or supporting Key Account Managers with deal coordination or related activities. 
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM (leads, opportunities, contacts) while ensuring visibility into inbound pipeline trends and demand patterns. 
  • Potential for international travel up to 15%. 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or business development with a preference towards experience working in a manufacturing or advanced technology business. 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with ability manage multiple opportunities in parallel. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Preference for strong technical background, with experience in data center infrastructure, cooling systems, or related fields. 
  • Experience using CRM and ERP systems such as Oracle Netsuite (preferred), SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceNow. 

Skills: 

  • Customer-first mindset.  
  • Speed + responsiveness (critical for inbound conversion). 
  • Good commercial judgment (qualify vs escalate decisions). 
  • Process discipline (CRM, quoting, follow-up rigor).
