About the Firm

Wilner & O'Reilly, APLC is a nationally recognized U.S. immigration law firm with offices located in California, Utah, Idaho, and Arizona. We are dedicated to providing exceptional immigration legal services and are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our Immigration team.


Position Overview

We have an immediate full-time opportunity available in our Murray, UT office. The Legal Assistant will support attorneys and paralegals within the department, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time while maintaining the highest standards of client service.


Location

This is an in-office position based in Murray, UT. The selected candidate will work full-time, Monday through Friday.


Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish required
  • Minimum of one year of office experience required
  • Previous immigration law experience is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional, courteous phone demeanor
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Commitment to providing outstanding client service


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update appointment calendars as needed
  • Support attorneys and paralegals with data entry and case-related administrative tasks
  • Prepare forms and correspondence for client communications
  • Perform general office duties, including scanning, filing, and document management
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
  • Assist with additional administrative projects and responsibilities assigned by the Managing Attorney or Office Manager
