We are seeking a qualified Immigration Case Manager to join our Corporate Immigration team. This role is an integral part of our practice, offering the opportunity to play a meaningful, client - facing role while supporting experienced immigration attorneys in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized and process - oriented, with responsibility for managing and coordinating the preparation, filing, tracking, and follow - up of employment - based immigration matters.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support on a broad range of petitions and applications, including H - 1B, L - 1, and O - 1 petitions; PERM labor certification applications; immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions; and adjustment of status applications.
  • Prepare and draft immigration petitions and applications, including supporting documentation, correspondence, memoranda, and case summaries for attorney review and submission.
  • Review and organize case files to identify required documentation and potential issues; proactively escalation matters requiring attorney attention.
  • Prepare immigration status reports and maintain standard procedural checklists, templates, form libraries, and correspondence to support consistent and accurate case processing.
  • Maintain current knowledge of immigration procedures and requirements to ensure matters are handled timely, accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable requirements.
  • Utilize and manage the immigration database and related technology; maintain case status tracking, reporting tools, and form repositories to support efficient case management.
  • Coordinate with contractors and client representatives, including human resources, legal staff, and technical supervisors, as directed by attorneys.
  • Prepare billing summaries and related documentation in accordance with client-specific guidelines.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and conferences; triage incoming mail and telephone communications and route matters appropriately.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in employment-based immigration or working with individuals from countries outside the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, in legal studies or a related field required.
  • Strong technical aptitude, including proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with DocketWise or a similar immigration case management systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with immigration-related government agencies and documentation processes, including the ability to identify and resolve common processing issues (preferred).
  • Collaborative team player with an interest in standardizing procedures and implementing process improvements.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, while effectively tracking and managing critical deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong time, project, and organizational management skills.
  • Commitment to exceptional client service.
Compensation

We are committed to providing salary ranges for all open positions. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

The salary range for this position is: $58,000 - $68,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which are listed below.
