Job description

US Shrink Wrap, Inc., one of the industry leaders in Temporary Shrink Wrap Enclosures, is expanding rapidly and hiring Skilled Carpenters and Carpenter Helpers for commercial construction projects. We work on Union, Non‐Union, and Prevailing Wage jobs across multiple states.

No shrink‐wrap experience required — we provide full training.

What You’ll Do

  • Install temporary shrink‐wrap containment systems on commercial and industrial jobsites
  • Measure, cut, and prepare materials using hand and power tools
  • Follow carpentry techniques and construction methods
  • Operate lifts, tools, and equipment safely
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Maintain professionalism with crew members and customers


Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
  • OSHA 10 (preferred; training provided if needed)
  • Man Lift/Scissor Lift Certification (preferred, not required)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to take direction
  • 3+ years carpentry experience (not required for helpers)
  • Able to pass drug test and background check for most projects
  • Available for overtime and able to start immediately


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to bend, kneel, lift, and stand for long periods
  • Able to lift 50 lbs
  • Good physical endurance and comfort working outdoors
  • Must be able to work on manlifts and elevated platforms
  • Must not be afraid of heights( elevated work is required daily)
