Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Job Type: Temporary (6-12 months)
Onsite Role. Work hours 8-5
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Support Specialist to provide office and administrative support to a busy team. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Answer phones and respond to emails professionally
  • Maintain files, records, and documentation
  • Assist with data entry and reporting
