Position: Temporary Worker
Department/School: Engagement
Reports To: Director of Engagement
Schedule: Varies by assignment
Status: Temporary/hourly
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Position Summary:
Colorado Springs School District 11 is seeking Temporary Employees to provide short-term support across schools and departments. Assignments may include clerical assistance, instructional support, operational tasks, project work, event support, or coverage for employee absences. Duties and schedules vary based on district needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform assigned duties under supervisor direction
  • Support daily operations of assigned school or department
  • Follow district policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  • Communicate effectively with staff and the public
Qualifications:
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
