• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources that guide the treatment approach.
• Provide personalized therapy across individual, family, and group modalities, employing evidence-based practices like cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that feature SMART goals and targeted interventions aimed at enhancing client outcomes.
• Engage collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive care aligned with their treatment goals.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups to strengthen community connections and enhance client support systems.
• Provide crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and create safety planning to address immediate client needs effectively.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
